IS200EBRGH2A is a General Electric EBRG Bridge Interface Board for GE EX2100e excitation control systems. The EBRG board interfaces the EX2100e control to the SCR power bridge and related bridge I/O, providing a critical bridge-control function in generator excitation systems used with gas turbine, steam turbine, and hydro turbine applications.
The EBRG takes six gate commands from the UCSx controller and controls gate firing for up to six SCRs on the bridge. It also supports bridge-related feedback and monitoring, including current conduction feedback, Rogowski coil current feedback, bridge analog outputs, airflow and temperature monitoring, and cooling fan control on applicable 100 mm systems. The H2 group is specified for 77 mm or smaller thyristor systems.
Control system parts are provided by GTC Control Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of B7B. Parts are offered in unused, repaired, or remanufactured condition, subject to availability. Each repaired or remanufactured component undergoes functional testing in energized panels, with test reporting and warranty support provided for repair and lifecycle-extension programs.
