The General Electric IS200TBCIH1A (TBCI) is a Contact Input with Group Isolation terminal board for GE SPEEDTRONIC™ Mark VI turbine control systems, accepting 24 dry contact inputs per board wired to two barrier-type terminal blocks, with noise suppression circuitry to protect against surge and high-frequency noise.
TBCIH1 versions are excited with a nominal 125 V dc floating supply (100-145 V dc); other TBCI versions support nominal 24 V dc (TBCIH2) or 48 V dc (TBCIH3) excitation. In the Mark VI system, TBCI works with the IS200VCCC or IS200VCRC processor board and supports both simplex and TMR applications, cabled to the VME rack via molded-plug connectors.
For maintenance and procurement teams, IS200TBCIH1A should be matched to the existing VCCC/VCRC board, contact excitation voltage, and redundancy configuration per GEH-6421 Volume II before ordering a replacement.
