The General Electric IS200TRLYH1C (TRLY) is a Relay Output terminal board for GE SPEEDTRONIC™ Mark VI turbine control systems. TRLY provides 12 plug-in magnetic relay outputs per board; the first six relay circuits are jumper-configurable for dry Form-C contact outputs or to drive external solenoids from a 125 V dc, 115 V ac, or optional 24 V dc source, while relays 7-11 are un-powered isolated Form-C contacts and relay 12 is an isolated Form-C contact for special applications such as ignition transformers.
TRLY works with the IS200VCCC or IS200VCRC processor board (as well as VGEN and VTUR in generator/turbine protection applications) and includes fail-safe logic: if a cable is unplugged or communication with the associated VME board is lost, the relays de-energize.
For maintenance and procurement teams, IS200TRLYH1C should be matched to the existing processor board and application wiring per GEH-6421 Volume II before ordering a replacement.
