IS200VAOCH1C - VAOC Analog Output Board | GE Mark VI | B7B

The General Electric IS200VAOCH1C (VAOC) is an Analog Output board for GE SPEEDTRONIC™ Mark VI turbine control systems. It controls 16 analog, 0-20 mA current outputs, with a D/A converter and driver on the board generating the controlled currents.

VAOC receives digital output values from the controller over the VME backplane through the VCMI board, converts them to analog currents, and drives them to an IS200TBAO or IS200DTAO analog output terminal board. Output current is measured on the terminal board and fed back to VAOC for closed-loop control. In triple modular redundant (TMR) systems, three VAOC boards on VME racks R, S, and T are cabled to a common terminal board, and each output is the median-selected value of the three board currents.

IS200VAOCH1C is the newer VAOC generation and requires an IS200TBAOH1C terminal board or later. Its first eight output circuits support up to 18 V drive at the terminal board screw terminals, permitting operation into an 800 Ω load with margin over 1000 ft of #18 wire; the second eight circuits retain the 500 Ω rating of the original VAOC.

For maintenance and procurement teams, IS200VAOCH1C should be selected to match the existing GE Mark VI rack, terminal-board generation, and redundancy configuration (simplex or TMR) per GEH-6421 Volume II.

Control system parts are provided by GTC Control Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of B7B. Parts are offered in unused, repaired, or remanufactured condition, subject to availability. Each repaired or remanufactured component undergoes functional testing in energized panels, with test reporting and warranty support provided for repair and lifecycle-extension programs.
