The General Electric IS200VCRCH1A (VCRC) is a Discrete Input/Output board for GE SPEEDTRONIC™ Mark VI turbine control systems, accepting 48 discrete contact inputs and controlling 24 relay outputs from up to four terminal boards (IS200TBCI and TRLY).
VCRC is a single VME-slot board offering the same functionality as the two-slot IS200VCCC board, using front-panel connectors J33/J44 for contact input cabling (in place of the VCCC's daughterboard) while relay outputs on TRLY use the same J3/J4 VME rack connectors as VCCC. Contact inputs are optically isolated and sampled at the frame rate for control, and at 1 ms for sequence-of-events (SOE) recording. Note: VCRC does not support the TICI contact-voltage-sensing terminal board.
For maintenance and procurement teams, IS200VCRCH1A should be matched to the existing terminal-board cabling (TBCI/TRLY) and application configuration per GEH-6421 Volume II before ordering a replacement.
